A boxing experience class held at Sky Boxing Club in Glen Waverley, run as a community welfare initiative by a comedy and arts collective in partnership with a women's organisation. The two-hour session covers boxing fundamentals, two-person combo drills, simulated combat training, and coach-led pad and bag work, along with group conversation about body, strength and personal limits.
