"A Pasta Tour" Cooking Demo with Pia Gava
Pia Gava runs a free cooking demonstration through Italy's regional pasta traditions, covering the origins of shapes like orecchiette, pici and ravioli and the sauces traditionally served with them. She is a Melbourne-based Italian-Australian cook and a MasterChef Australia 2017 contestant, and the demonstration draws on her second cookbook, A Pasta Tour.
