Author Peter Mitchell will present and discuss his book 'I'll walk beside you: love, loss, the Burma Railway and the human spirit,' a gripping true-life account of Australian soldiers in Java and on the Burma Railway, based on personal letters, diaries and official documents. The presentation will cover the book and Mitchell's creative non-fiction writing process. Books will be available for purchase at Watsonia Library.
