Community seminar on energy efficiency and electrification for rental homes

This community seminar covers new energy efficiency rules for rental homes coming into effect from March 2027, including rights and responsibilities under the Residential Tenancies Amendment (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards) Regulations 2025. Speakers Jacob Caine and Kate Nicolazzo will discuss the challenges and opportunities of these regulations and how renters, real estate agents, and rental providers can work together to improve energy efficiency and electrification in Victorian rental homes. The seminar will include time for questions and discussion, and is open to all.
