Day's Walk, Talk and Harvest Tour MONDAY
Day's Walk Farm, an organic market garden in the Melbourne suburbs, opens its farmgate for a guided tour exploring farming practices, a native revegetation project and heritage vegetables. Tours run 8.30-11am with groups capped at 15, and ticket options include farm tour with pick-your-own veggie box ($100), farm tour only ($50), or kids ticket ($15) — children must be accompanied by an adult. The tour begins at the carpark with one of the farmers, includes a morning tea break with hot drinks, and finishes back in the field at 11am. Participants are encouraged to come prepared for all weather; tours are cancelled and fully refunded in severe weather.
