Drawing fundamentals workshops with David Payne
A second series of Hobsons Bay Arts Society's foundation drawing workshops with local artist David Payne, presented in partnership with Hobsons Bay City Council. Designed for ages 18+ at any skill level, the classes cover basic shapes and form, tonal values, edges, shading, texture, composition and perspective, with subjects ranging from still life and landscapes to figures, portraits, flowers and birds. All drawing materials are supplied — charcoal, paper, erasers, easels and more. Registration is $5 and includes a hot drink and a biscuit.
