RSPCA Victoria is running a First Aid for Pets program for participants aged 10 to 14 years at its Burwood East facility during the spring school holidays. Participants learn basic first aid (DRSABC), how to complete an animal health check, how to bandage an injured limb, and how to spot early signs of illness in animals. Attendees receive a certificate of attendance and a mini gift bag, and should bring lunch, a snack and a drink bottle, with closed-in shoes required for the barn. Programs are delivered by qualified staff and do not require parents or guardians to stay.
