Greening Brooklyn Together
Greening Brooklyn Together is a hands-on community planting day focused on in-fill planting for habitat regeneration, watering existing plants, and clearing litter, old guards, stakes and weeds around the area. Everyone is welcome, and volunteers are asked to bring sturdy shoes and their own gloves, with parking available on site. Light refreshments are provided afterwards as a thank you for pitching in. It's a friendly, low-key way to meet neighbours while helping make Brooklyn a bit greener.
