The German Shorthaired Pointer Club of Victoria runs its retrieving ability test at KCC Park in Skye, on the Grand Final Eve public holiday. Handlers put their dogs through the trial, with presentations and prizes at the end of the day. Morning tea and lunch are provided. Spectators are welcome, and dogs in training are encouraged to give it a go.
