Lads in Lycra - Men's Health Week
Lads in Lycra is a Men's Health Week community bike ride starting and ending at Glen Park Community Centre in Bayswater North. Participants take a relaxed group ride along a mapped route led by experienced riders, with support along the way for punctures or basic repairs. Riders return to Glen Park at 12.30pm for a free BBQ and a chance to socialise.
