Learn it, make it: paper quilling for beginners

Altona Meadows Library and Learning Centre is hosting a paper quilling workshop for beginners as part of its monthly 'learn it, make it' series. Paper quilling involves rolling and shaping strips of paper into intricate, decorative designs — a relaxing and satisfying craft. All materials are provided and no experience is needed.
