One Step at a Time @ Eltham
One Step at a Time is a monthly walk and morning tea for carers who provide unpaid care to a family member living with a disability or mental illness. The October walk is held at Edendale Community Environment Farm in Eltham. Participants connect with other carers in a relaxed, non-judgmental space and enjoy the benefits of being immersed in nature. Participants should be able to walk independently for up to 55 minutes on various terrain.
