PLANTING 2026 at Iramoo Wildflower Grassland Reserve
Planting 2026 at Iramoo Wildflower Grassland Reserve in Cairnlea invites participants to plant at least 1,500 grassland wildflowers to create food and habitat for Striped Legless Lizards. The day includes a Walk on Country with cultural educator Joe Costello from the Wurundjeri Woiwurrung Cultural Heritage Management Corporation, tools and gloves provided, and a light lunch. The project is a collaboration between the Cairnlea Conservation Reserves Committee, Victoria University, Friends of Iramoo and Basalt Buddies.
