The Rotary Club of Springvale City hosts a fundraising garden soiree at LXD Lounge in Chadstone to launch Recycled Sound Reimagined Hearing Aid Bank. The bank collects donated hearing aids, assesses them and fits them to people who have no other way of accessing hearing healthcare, with refugees and people seeking asylum as the first priority group. Fashion designer Maly Scruggs will be at the event creating handmade headpieces and tie clips available for purchase, with all proceeds supporting the program.
