Reservoir Crafters is a casual craft group at Reservoir Library where locals bring along their own project to work on in the company of other crafty people. It's a relaxed, drop-in style gathering rather than a structured class, so all kinds of craft projects are welcome. The library setting makes it an easy, low-key way to meet other crafters nearby. Check with Darebin Libraries for session times.
