Returning to Work

Facilitated discussion group at Frankston North Community Centre for breastfeeding parents returning to work, covering how much milk to express, storage, pumping tips and how to make the transition easier. Sessions run for 15–20 minutes of formal discussion on the chosen topic, followed by informal social time and individual support with a breastfeeding counsellor. Partners, expectant parents, friends and children of all ages are welcome, and there is a playgroup room with toys and books on site.
