The Tide & Times Café at Cheltenham Golf Club is a free, recurring gathering for people living with dementia or cognitive changes, their carers, and anyone wanting to connect with others navigating the same journey. Coffee, tea and light snacks are provided in an informal, non-judgmental setting, with trained volunteers on site and a dedicated space for carers. Evidence-based resources and information on local support services are available. Registration is required.
