Toddler Time is a 20-minute interactive session at Cheltenham Library for children aged 18 months to 3 years, built around songs, stories and a bit of a boogie. Staff weave in early literacy techniques so little ones pick up a love of language while they play. No bookings are required, so you can just turn up with your toddler.
