Under the Bridge: Birrarung Spring Clean Supreme is a volunteer event on the Yarra River where you choose your own adventure, joining a litter clean-up, helping plant along the riverbank for biodiversity, or doing both. You can arrive whenever suits, with safety briefings running every 30 minutes between 10am and 12.30pm, and the event wraps up around 1pm. Along the way there's a chance to connect with local environmental organisations and find out how to keep helping beyond the day. It meets at the Westgate Punt Ferry Service and is free to join.
