A visible mending workshop at Good Food Emporium, Narre Warren, teaches mending as a way to value the clothing you already have and reduce the environmental and social costs of fast fashion. The session covers mending woollen, stretchy and woven clothing (jeans are ideal), along with techniques like sashiko, embroidery and weaving mends.
