Wilderness Wear Factory Tour
Wilderness Wear opens its Preston manufacturing facility for guided tours as part of Ethical Clothing Australia Week 2026, providing a rare look at how Australian Merino wool is combined with technical fibres to create outdoor apparel. Visitors experience every stage of production, from yarn technology and advanced knitting machinery through to finishing and quality control. Tickets are $5 per person and each attendee receives a complimentary pair of Wilderness Wear socks. Spaces are limited to 10 per session, and all visitors must be aged 16 or over and wear closed-toe footwear.
