Chasing Change, in partnership with Mornington Peninsula Shire, hosts an annual Walk for Suicide Prevention at Mornington Park on Sunday 13 September, starting at 9am. The community is invited to come together to commemorate World Suicide Prevention Day and reflect on lives lost to suicide. A Memorial Roll Call is available for those wishing to have the name of a loved one read at the event.
