TreeProject, a not-for-profit dedicated to revegetating Victoria, hosts a tree-planting day at Tarrahill Winery in the Yarra Valley, planting trees, shrubs and ground cover to protect waterways, improve ecosystems and create wildlife habitat. Tree planting involves digging, bending and walking on uneven ground, so good physical fitness and mobility are needed. Parents and caregivers must ensure each child and accompanying adult has a ticket. Morning tea and a hearty lunch are provided.
