A Scorpion's Tale
A Scorpion's Tale is presented by Baggage Productions for Gasworks' OPEN STUDIO, the series in which the Studio Theatre is given over to independent Melbourne artists on the last Monday of each month. Seasoned actors Saara and Rupert are starting rehearsals on a new play when the writer turns up unannounced, which is a problem given director Casper's habit of unauthorised rewrites. Casper then falls victim to a dramatic offstage accident, and the actors are left to work out whodunnit. It is staged as a rehearsed reading for Baggage Productions' Project Draft V2 initiative, and Companion Card holder tickets can be booked through the Gasworks front desk on (03) 8606 4200.
